TMNT on a diet :(

I just found out something very sad (for me at least).
There is a new movie about the TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), a group of mutant turtles that I liked in the 90es when they appeared in italian TV.

I checked out the website of the new movie, and they all look on a diet!
What the hell is happening? TMNT used to be chunky and powerful: these are the anorexic versions of the green ninjas :(
