A 3D scanner working on milk!

''Essentially, a manual stop-motion technique is used. An object is placed in a the bowl and milk is added to come halfway up. A single frame is photographed and three more teaspoons of milk added. Rinse and repeat. You now have a series of 'slices'.'' [source]
