A friend (Roberto) just showed me a couple of very good (and free) tools to manage websites:
You can play with them on your localhost, using this nice all-in-one, no-installation-needed server: uniform server.
Run the uniform server, run the mysql service, then copy/expand Drupal and Joomla in 2 subfolders of the www folder of uniform server, and you are ready to create professional looking websites!
