Who is doing it, how and why ;)

I'm really curious to find more info about which countries have censorship, and how they implement it. I think it is one of the those things that should be explained and discussed in the democratic process, and not imposed without talking about the possible consequences.

And for me it was a shock to discover that it is not only China or North Korea that do this kind of things, but that we have it also in Europe :(
