After being curious for a while about it, I finally found a textbook of Eugenics, written after the first world war (the "great war"):
"Applied Eugenics" by Roswell Hill Johnson and Paul Popenoe
I'm not going to read it because I want to become a follower of Eugenics: I'm mostly curious about how they where thinking back then, and I think it is a kind of "controlled exposure" to some potentially harmful memes... a bit like a meme-level vaccination.
Thanks to the gutenberg foundation for the great job of providing these books for free for everybody :)
(If you like early sci-fi, they have a lot of H.G. Wells and Jules Verne, even audio!)
