Stopping the european parliament "circus"

More than 1.000.000 EU citizens want the parliament to stay in 1 place.

On Monday the 18th of September at 14hrs we reached one million signatures.

In order to stop the commuting between the two buildings in Strasbourg and Brussels we need to change the Treaty. We expect the council to lift the seat issue when the constitutional treaty will be revised, probably next spring. Would the European parliament be based in Brussels permanently we would need to compensate France and the city of Strasbourg.
