Rebol is another of those programming language with a strange syntax, intended for the web and that is supposed to let you write incredibly complex programs with very little code ...
They say REBOL has a number of very nice features:
- is a true distributed computing architecture
- completely device independent
- its kernel currently runs on more than 40 different operating systems
- it is here to revolutionize the Internet, through the REBOL Internet Operating System
Here is an interview to the CTO of Rebol Tech.
Ah, I almost forgot: REBOL does not work with GUI API, it has a visual interface dialect. It is an interesting concept, and it looks to me inspired by html pages, only with a lighter syntax.
